Definitive answers to MYOG Permethrin

Dang….I reread my notes from this thread when I did my permethrin this year, and I previously wrote ->

 

So this time…I made half a gallon of solution and put it in a 1 gallon tank sprayer. So that was 3.2oz of solution and 28.8oz of water.

With 10% permethrin, that would make 1% solution, and…only 1/4 of a gallon. You want 3.2oz of 10% solution with 60.8oz of water to make 2 liters (half gallon). Its 19parts water to 1 part 10% permethrin. (for .5% solution like sawyers).
