clothing for a july CT – HELP!

I would bring the kilt at least if not actual rain pants. We are in the middle of one of the wettest springs in Colorado's history. It may or may not dry out before you come out but for now I'd plan on tackling a wetter than usual CT this year.

I'm really starting to miss my beautifully dry mountain desert.
