Customer Service: Jon from Flat Cat Gear was very quick to ship and shipment arrived as promised. Unfortunately, an item was missing. I emailed Jon and he replied within 30 minutes of my email. Promised to ship the missing item and threw in 5" bake pan for my troubles. The second shipment arrived quickly and as promised. He followed up with an email on the night of expected delivery. Stand up guy and I would not hesitate to promote his business and his customer service. The wind screen is expertly manufactured and cannot wait to try out some of his baking recipes.
