Now Foods Carbo Gain (maltodextrin)

This powdered maltodextrin mixes very easily in water. It is corn derived.

I would mix about 2 1/2 cups of powder in a 24oz bottle without clumping or other mixing problems. Though I did not try it, I am sure it would have been possible to mix even more. Initially the mix is cloudy but within a few minutes it becomes clear.

The flavor is mildly sweet which I found to be pleasant.
