Show #33 – Less Gear-More Beer is the name of the game! This month we conversate on trail permits & undocumented hikers, Ryan “Dirtmonger” Sylva speaks on the Vagabond Loop, D-Low goes to Mexico or Hawaii, Mags gets evicted on Valentine’s Day, Bull salmonella is investigated, the Colorado Ruck is yakked about, as is Leadville & Longmont, cow patty pillows are inflated and the PBS documentary “The Big Burn” is assessed. We also tip our hard hats to Trail Show monthly donors, read a few pieces of correspondence from the Mailbag and Mags expounds on the powers of capsaicin during the Gear Review.
And as always … Beer O’ Da Month (courtesy of Angus McB, Ryan & Marie, and Just Bill), Trail News with Mags, Trail O’ Da Month (Vagabond Loop), Disco’s Trail Tip O’ Da Month and Ask-A-Hiker with D-Low.
Big Thanks to the Leadville Hostel & Wild Bill for sponsoring the February show. We love the Leadville Hostel & you will too. Leadvillehostel.com is the place to find them on the web and the only place to stay next time you find yourself in Leadville!
