Looking forward to this.
A bump and and a reminder. AS a bonus:
Keynote Speaker: Junaid Dawad who hiked all the 14ers as a thru-hike.

should be a great talk.
In addition, we'll be covering resources for the CDT and CT specifically, other trails quite possibly too. Pack shake downs..with Glen Van Peski himself assisting.
Get ready for the trails before stepping on them.

Could you give some clarification of what the "One on One Pack shakedown" is? If I attend am I'm supposed to bring my backpack and gear or gearlist or …?
It means, if you want, some person (or even people) will go through your packs and help you decide if the gear packed is necessary of even if there is a better option.
Totally optional.
It can be instructive for not only the person getting the pack shakedown but also for the audience.
" … March 14, 2015"
3/14/15, otherwise known as Pi Day. Make sure there's a Pie in that pack.
So bring my gear and my food. Hmm, you guys seem pretty serious, I better bring water too.
These lemon pies are my favorite.
