As an alternative to bugging Jen all the time with questions about what the heck we did to our ankles last hike:
"Whether you are a competitive athlete, an aspiring musician or dancer, whether you play for fun or just want to lead an active lifestyle, this course will entertain and challenge you. Topics will include basic and advanced principles of body movement and biological, psychological and social issues related to activity/sport/injury/rehabilitation. The course will include content from leading international experts in multiple fields related to the science of exercise."

Feb 12, 2015 at 11:53 pm #2173930I was having some issues copying the link as it spilled over to the crap over there —>
But when I replied, it moved things around enough to where I could copy it without highlighting all the other junk. Here's the tiny URL for Sharon's link.
I just started PT for the first time this week. I'll definitely check it out later.
No promises that I'll stop bugging Jennifer though.
Thanks Sharon!
Feb 14, 2015 at 1:53 pm #2174331aw, I would be sad if people stopped bugging me!
Ian – what's with the PT? Make sure it's a good one – there is SOOOO much crap PT (and ortho docs in general) that I am frequently embarrassed for my profession.
Feb 14, 2015 at 3:55 pm #2174354Oops, sorry about the link-leakage. Thanks for catching that Ian. Jen, I used to frequent a dog forum. Another member was a vet and got overwhelmed with requests to distance-diagnose their dogs. She was pretty generous with general advice, but eventually changed her signature to a request that readers consult their own vets for specific questions. Had her in mind, I guess. Do appreciate all the knowledge you've been sharing freely!
Feb 14, 2015 at 7:02 pm #2174391I'm going to the same PT my daughter has appointments with. I'll pm you more on that later.
Right now they think a stretched PCL is the culprit. The PT also thought my VMO could use some strengthening.
