Not as an argument against Cameron’s reflections on the value of wilderness for combating depression - I have the deepest respect for Cameron’s thoughts on this matter and frankly, have personal and first hand experience that his claims are right on the money. I value wilderness for its therapeutic ability to combat my own depression, and I’ve seen, and believe in, its therapeutic effects in others.
