Nikki Stavile
Nikki Stavile (AT ’21, CT section ’22) holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Hollins University. Her work focuses on the intersection of people and places and has been published in Artemis Journal, Cleaver Magazine, Coal Hill Review, Flyway: Journal of Writing and Environment, and elsewhere. Her essay “Losing the Great One” won second place in the Parks & Points 2019 fall essay contest. An avid long distance runner, she resides in the Sonoran Desert, where she always fails to hydrate properly. She is currently working on an essay collection about her Appalachian Trail thru hike.
