waterproof/breathable socks, gloves and hats ?

looks good, but these cant be waterproof, right? i would say hydro-phobic at best?
anyone use them?
no affiliation, just saw some of their videos going around the blogs…
The website says, "The functional interlining is the high performance Porelle waterproof breathable membrane," which is sandwiched between inner and outer shells. Sounds like a regular 3-layer WPB to me. I'm not familiar with Porelle though.
