Annapurna Circuit from June to July

I am going on the Annapurna Circuit from mid June to July, and wanted to get an input on the gear list.

Sleeping Bag

Softshell: NF Apex Elevation
Hardshell: NF Resolve Rain Jacket
Fleece: Northface TKA 100 Microfleece

Pants / Shorts
Northface Paramount Convertible Pants
Fleece pants (at night, for sleeping)
Swimming shorts
Rain Pants

Underwear Nike Compression Shorts
Socks – Synthetic Socks (sports)x3, thick wool x2

Regular Fleece Hat
NF Runner's glove and/or Apex gloves

I am debating whether I should get 500 fill or 700fill down jacket, and whether I need to bring a medium wt fleece?
