i would suggest reading some of the older articles on the site by mr jordan and others

in general you dont want to have any WPB shell on the bag, it restricts the flow of vapor out of the bag and can cause moisture in the down … event could be different so who knows about that

it is much more likely that yr bag will get damp from internal condensation or vapor than external wetness if yr careful with it
