Purchased new in early 2021. The fly has been seam sealed. I personally sent it in to be sealed. One night on the AT as I mentioned. I have way too many tents and just purchased a Lightheart Gear tent to replace this tent. Comes with a Tyvek groundsheet custom cut to fit the Hubba Hubba NX2. All four corners have guy outs as well.

I have a brand new hubba hubba Nx 2p as-well. Didn’t end up getting used on a trip. Still has tags.
I have a nearly new Hubba HP (the high performance version) with solid/mesh inner. Let me know if you’re interested. I can set it up and take photos.
