Only been used once. Can be used for 2 or 3 people. Tent is in excellent condition. It is not seam seamed as we had it in Arizona so didn’t opt for it.  I pictured a stock photo with tent set up. Weight on my scale is about 49oz with front strut, optional rear strut and 5 original Easton stakes. Any questions just ask away. 3% FF  included
