At 222g/7.8oz this is an exceptionally light option. The build quality is excellent, it’s clean and there are no signs of wear or odors.
This is a beautiful piece of gear with a niche application, it can also be used to layer with other quilts. I usually paired it with a Rab Neutrino Endurance jacket and used it mostly for summer backpacking in Southern California. I have taken the setup to freezing in the Sierra Nevada and while I got through the night, it is not an experience I wish to repeat!
