Late 2020/2021 Gossamer Gear “The One”.  Has the waterproof vestibule zipper. Used 4 nights, family Christmas present in December 2020.  Excellent condition and I will throw in the GG gear loft and a MYOG 2 mil polycro ground sheet.  I have installed light bungee to the bottom of the bathtub so only 4 stakes are needed for the corners instead of 8.  I have always used a ground sheet, so no holes/damage to the bathtub or any other part of the tent, excellent condition and always stored in cotton storage bag, uncompressed.  Will ship USPS Priority or Select (2-6 business days delivery) to US addresses only.  I love the tent and the weight but have moved to a tarp instead so I can take my dog.
