I used this 8 nights in the Brooks Range of Alaska last summer and it is a spacious, bomber, mosquito-proof, and user friendly shelter to set up and use. This is my favorite fully enclosed, 1-person shelter I have ever used and I’ve tested a lot over the last 20+ years. I am doing a gear closet cleaning and if I can scrounge enough funds I want to buy the DCF version of this shelter. This is the silnylon model. 5mm abrasion tear on stuff sack only.

Do you use a groundsheet or the have the Durston one? Any holes or tears?
Hey Jeff. I don’t have the Durston groundsheet but used a polycryo one once or twice when not soft tundra. I just did another thorough check on the bathtub floor and there are no tears or holes.
