I know OR has one of the best warranties out there but what I don’t understand is why they don’t hire more people during the busy seasons. I applied to get a a warranty RMA back in November and am still waiting.

Big Agnes dropped the ball on me twice. Follow-ups on my part are what got it done.

I’d say they’ve got a problem with staffing AND QA.
