With Luke’s Ultralite on the fritz, it looks like if I want a pair of custom windpants or jacket to fit me, I’m going to have to dust off my sewing machine.  Is the Argon 90 sold on Dutchwaregear.com the same as used by Luke on his site, or is there something at Ripstop by the roll that I should look at?

Any recommendations for patterns to modify?

I believe it is the same as Dutchware.  I have Luke’s pants and purchased both the Argon .67 and .90 from Dutchware and I can see no difference.

Dutch had argon custom made for him, it’s his fabric.

I’ve used Argon 67 and 90 for a DIY quilt, it’s ok to work with, better than Momentum.
Very nice on the skin, I bought more than what I needed -as I am across the pond- and planning to use it more.
A windshirt could be a good idea, though my first plan was to use it for the outer shell for a lightweight insulated jacket, with target weigth of 9oz
