Yes, I know — most people don’t bring/like camp shoes, but in some circumstances, they can be quite useful.
Went to buy laundry detergent today at Wally World, and found these faux-Tevas (I know, I’m BPL’s “Queen of Faux”, LOL!). These were in the women’s shoe section (sorry, forgot to check the men’s), and would fit up to a men’s 8. With the straps trimmed, my women’s size “9-10” (small, more like an 8.5) came to 5.8 ounces for the pair.
The last 2 pairs of faux brand name sandels I bought from Walmart only lasted about a month of causual wear before the straps started to tear. It use to be you could buy cheap sandles and they’d last awhile. Not my experience lately.
