BUG REPORT: Logged in but can ontly se preview of Vortex burner part 4

I am logged in and have relevant subscription but can still only see the non-subrcription preview of this article:

I wonder if they simply forgot to open it up to members, instead of just lifers. I can read the entire article, no problems.

I haven’t had a problem reading the articles since they were posted, I am a Life Member also.

I just had a thought: I was a basic member for a week or two when my renewal came out then I jumped on a premium membership when a special offer came by email. could that have something to do with it? Weird that I can read the first three parts of this content.

 

Just a warning/apology: I’m going to keep bumping this thread daily until it gets resolved. I paid for content that I can’t get access to.

If I understand correctly (and I may not, I can be pretty dense), the entire series was available from the get-go to lifers. Then they opened each part to the rest of the members one at a time. This is why I’m guessing that they simply didn’t hit the right ‘switch’ to turn on part 4 to all membership and not just lifers.

I think forum members see the discussion,  full members get to see the article introduction and word count, and unlimited members can read the article for free.
