On October 24th I purchased a $4.99 annual basic membership to post on the forums with paypal as my form of payment, which set up an annual recurring payment.
Today I received 2 emails. The first was that my backpacking light membership had expired. The second was that backpacking light had canceled my recurring payments.
I had to repurchase my $4.99 membership to post and did so because I am currently selling an important item in gear swap.
I am going to file an official ticket but I am also posting here because I have heard that customer support is hard to reach here and I wanted to see if anyone else has had this same issue.
