Any way to upload short videos?

YouTube makes it painless to upload and share, particularly if the video has its origin on a smartphone. you can control whether it’s public/private/unlisted (I often prefer the latter).

This might not be the answer you are looking for but it’s the easiest/most direct route that I’m aware of.

Depending on your concern for privacy, consider a YouTube-specific account name.

Some tips I’ve learned from posting YouTube videos on BPL forums:

– Put the video share link on a line all by itself. Then the BPL system magically transforms it into a ready-to-click image in your post. For example:

– If you want to start part way through, play and stop the YouTube video at that point, then click the Share button, then click the “Start at” box:

becomes

Starting at 213 seconds (“t=213”) into the video.
