    No the op here but as an avid bivy user, just throw on all your layers as you would in a tent. Its just a bit more difficult since its super tight…. Not ideal but it has its trade offs and benifits.

    Could you post the other accompanying equipment you had taken.

    ALSO

    At the end of the long 1st day did you not have some sort of nutrients to supply you energy for your evening “nap” even though you tired and sleeping went easy?
