I just got my Heluim Hiking Eq. Rain kilt.
Overall impression is that its exactly as advertised.
I ordered the optional tie-outs and advertised weightis 2 oz including stuff sack.
Mine came in at 47g or 1.625 oz.
20D silnylon has the same hand as my Patagonia Houdini.
Fit is by adjustable waist band, tie-outs will only work with very small guyline or Ti Shepard stakes.
Overall for a $20 rain kilt it's awesome.
Reason for 4 rating- slit in back needs another lenght of Velcro. -
