Ultralight, warm, and small down parka with removable hood?

I want to buy my parents some new jackets as it gets bitterly cold here in Ohio and they're both past 65.

I have a lot of personal experience with Montbell's excellent Alpine Light line of jackets, but I'd like to get something that's just as warm and light but with a removable hood. One huge PLUS to the Montbell line though is that because they're Japanese, the sizing tends to fit Asian frames better. My parents are Chinese.

Any gear experts out there know of anything that might fit the bill?
