Hammer Peanut Butter Chocolate

Being starved, on the verge of 20 hours without food, and having just come down from the mountains I suspected I'd eat anything. This particular bar was something I had to force down – the peanut butter being flavourless and texture that of which I would not have described as 'peanut butter' in a blind taste test. Chocolate was vaguely reminiscent of chocolate, more akin to the medical or flavoured chocolate dyes. 30g of protein makes it by far the best protein supplement on mountain ascents but it would be hard to consume nonetheless.
