The bars aren't overly salty and there are no trans fats. Bars contain 8 to 10 grams of protein depending on the flavour you choose. The protein is from a combination of nuts and soy.
The Fruit Nut Crunch flavour was very good. It wasn't overly sweet and the natural tartness of the fruit came through. Some of the ingredients of the Fruit Nut Crunch bar are roasted nuts, rice crisps, cherries, cranberries and apricots.
The Mountain Mix flavour was a favourite. Ingredients include chocolate chips, raisins, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, organic pretzels, dry roasted almonds and peanuts.
The Honey Roasted Peanut flavour was a winner all around. The roasted peanuts were delicious with just the right amount of honey and a little peanut butter. There are also organic pretzels in this one.
