    I'm looking for a basic pack for LW backpacking. Here's my criteria, in order of priority:

    50-60 Liters capacity
    Wide & cushy hip belt & straps
    3-4" of torso length adjustment, or available in 5-7 sizes
    210 Denier body, with 420 bottom (ideally wrapping up the back a couple of inches)
    Framesheet and "non-sweaty" 3-D mesh back panel
    2-3 compression straps per side
    Large stretch mesh back pocket
    Medium duty framestays
    Medium length roll-top closure (with or without removeable lid is fine)
    2 Large hipbelt pockets
    2 "useable" non-mesh water bottle pockets

    I imagine a basic pack like this would weigh about 2.5 pounds.

    Anyone seen anything like this anywhere ? Or heard of anything like this coming out soon ?

    @upalachango

    I suggest you learn how to sew ;)

    Osprey may have something that isn't 3+lbs and similar.

    The ULA Circuit would meet some of those criteria…
