I was asked about doing the Half Bug mode with the Scarp, so here it is.
    Scarp HB1
    Scarp 1 HB3
There is a Mont Bell pillow next to an Exped DM 7 there with a combined length of 78". The floor ends at about 86" at that point the mesh is 13" from the floor.
The second shot shows the floor pulled back to have more space in the vestibule.(about 30" deep in that shot.)
Exactly the same can be done with the Scarp 2.

Thanks! I was hoping for a way to do something like this without having to carry the extra poles.

    Franco,
While I appreciate the work and photos you do for this site and Tarptent, it doesn't prevent me from having the mental image of you setting your camera on a timer and RACING to get into all the different positions we see you in the photos JUST in time for the shutter! : )

    RACING ?
I am an old man, how can I race.
Actually my wife is visiting so she is the photographer.
Did you not notice the lack of quality in those shots ?

    David

Sorry about the Commonwealth games, as usual.
