For starters, they have some fantastic promotions. I got a Scout model free with my Hyperlight Backpacker. I gave it my daughter and she loves it.
When I bought a Hyperlight for my wife, another promotion was going on, but the freebie was something I didn't need, but Hennessy applied the value of the freebie to a bigger tarp for my wife's hammock.
I broke a plastic clip on my tarp. I think I stepped on it. They had one in the mail the same day, gratis. Good company, great products. Great to do business with.
