I recently purchased this dog pack after the zippers broke (easily) on an Outward Hound pack. It held up wonderfully on a rocky and rooted 3 day trip. We never had any problems with the pack tilting to one side (as with the cheaper models). The bags are fleece on the contact side as not not rub poochy the wrong way and have drainage holes on the bottom. The one adjustment we did make was to sew a fleece sleeve around the neck strap. Great pack!
