I have posted this in a couple of places, but wanted to make this its own topic…
I have two open spots for a Northern Traverse hike 7-12 August. I've got a permit for four hikers, but only two of us are going. Heres the itinerary:
ENTER (TRAILHEAD) – CHIEF MOUNTAIN
. 8-7-2014 – GLF – GLENNS LAKE, FT
. 8-8-2014 – MOJ – MOKOWANIS JCT
. 8-9-2014 – WAT – WATERTON RIVER
. 8-10-2014 – BRO – BROWN PASS
. 8-11-2014 – BOW – BOWMAN LK, HD
EXIT (TRAILHEAD) – BOWMAN LAKE FOOT (AKAK,BOW,QU)I want to check with the permit office and see if I can't get some of the better campsites along the way on a walk-up basis.
Please let me know if you are interested… You can post on here or email me at jeepndanesatgmaildotcom
