I use a separate computer turbo fan as air supply for my side-opened wood stove. I found it is easy to use and easy to carry. It works very efficiently to reduce weight and to avoid burning down.
Stove 117g
Pot stand 30g
(The complete structure is made of iron)
Ventilator 18g
Lithium battery 22gAug 14, 2007 at 2:24 pm #1398590I love it when stoves work like that!!!!!
How long did one filling of wood last with that amount of air flow?
Great design ke wu!!!! Looks hot
2 minute burn for 2 cups boiled :>)Aug 14, 2007 at 3:03 pm #1398592BRILLIANT!

Aug 15, 2007 at 10:07 am #1398683Hi~Dan,
The burning time is decided by the wood quality you chosen. Generally may maintain 4-10 minutes by huge flame and another 5-30 minutes by remaining charcoal burning.
Boiling time:2-3 minutes for 2 cups cold water if you choose proper wood.Hi~ Joshua,
You are right! The right term is tangential fan…Hi~Glenn,
You looks like a psychologist…Aug 15, 2007 at 11:10 am #1398704LOL – that is hilarious. That pic is 15 years old. I've since added a goatee and now shave my head. Now I look like a biker, or a bouncer. :o)
