I want to attempt making my own cuben fiber tarp, but would like to glue the seams instead of stitching. What is the best cement for this application? I'm looking at a 4×8 finished size, so I won't need a ridge seam, just the edges. Would cuben tape work just as well? Also, is gosgrain strong enough for the tie outs or is nylon webbing the lightest option I have?

I have used Aquaseal on my tent made from cuben. This is a urethane based glue that stays flexible. It is working great and is pretty easy to use.

Thanks Scott, I'm tossed at this point between glue and tape. I'll probably try both just to compare.
