So this is my latest cooking video. I do this just for fun. I hope you find it entertaining and inspiring.

I have had some high falootin city folk saying that this looks nasty and that they like to eat well on the trail. I just wanted to show that this is possible. Like I said at the beginning of the video "I dehydrate meals after I cook them at home. I could have splurged on the frozen P.F. Chang stir fry. You can even dehydrate meals from the P.F. Chang restaurant if you're that fancy.
