RAB infinity endurance jacket question

Currently I own the Rab neutrino endurance jacket. It works well with my short arms because I can adjust the velcro cuffs at the end. The infinity endurance has elastic cuffs rather then the adjustable velcro. Would I have problems with the sleeves sliding over my hands or would the elastic cuffs do a good job of keeping them in place?
