she can't use it because she was not in the U.S.

How do we know you're not a scammer? Two posts in BPL history and they are both for Clymb credits.Oct 23, 2013 at 7:43 pm #2037202
"She" can't use it because "he"
Edit: He edited the OP to fix the error. So…. SCAM ALERT WOOP WOOPOct 23, 2013 at 7:47 pm #2037203

GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT
Definitely a scam. First YOU'RE from another country, then your friend is. Plus, you spelled "John" wrong.Oct 23, 2013 at 8:20 pm #2037218

Google selling gift cards. You can get more than you are asking for. And no judgment of your character. We all here have had a first post and a first sale on swap.
Judge not so easily people.Oct 23, 2013 at 8:33 pm #2037224

sorry all, i'm uploading video now, just for proofing if it scam or not,
will be share here after it uploaded,
i just try to find the way to sell my unused credit.
you may pay later after i give the credit, but only for recommended member (i check it from the post)Oct 23, 2013 at 8:42 pm #2037232
Nobody should buy this.= Judgement
you need to understand that someone with 3 posts selling a gift card is most likely a scam.= Judgement.
SCAM ALERT WOOP WOOP=Judgement
Maybe it's legit. Maybe it's not. Skeptics are OK Passing judgment without facts, priceless.
BPL does have an international membership.
Just some food for thought.
Max. Jonh is a name. Sure not English. But you are aware that there are other languages. We don't spell it Jon here much either.Oct 23, 2013 at 8:47 pm #2037234
i've check at google, but no site that accept the clymb gear certificate, because it stored on member credit after it entered.
i'm prefer to use paypal method, since the buyer can dispute the transaction if they feel cheated and get back their money.Oct 23, 2013 at 8:50 pm #2037236
Best of luck to you. You are in a uncomfortable position.Oct 23, 2013 at 9:25 pm #2037248
here the proof ,
you can check my video here, i cant proof about gift card, because it is instant used, so if this gift card didnt work, i will replace with my credit,
if you need more proof, what proof that i must send?Oct 23, 2013 at 11:11 pm #2037270
definitely sets of the scam alarm pretty good. ding ding ding!Oct 24, 2013 at 3:17 am #2037299
The premise is perfectly legit. I know, because I did pretty much exactly the same thing about two weeks ago, as the seller. The main difference was that I was selling credit I hadn't paid for. It was 'earned' on referrals.
I chose to wait for part payment until the goods had shipped, and the remainder when the goods arrived. I think this deal was a win/win for the purchaser and I.
I would suggest that rather than post negative comments here, anyone interested in dealing with Jonh talk to him, and see if they can work out an acceptable solution with him.Oct 24, 2013 at 5:26 am #2037303
Jonh. Have you talked to anyone at Clymb with authority? Explain your situation and get your money some other way from them.Oct 24, 2013 at 8:18 am #2037337
i've contact them,
i request to refund it to my credit card, but they cant do it, the have refund policy,
all returned item will be refunded as the clymb credit,Oct 24, 2013 at 11:10 am #2037423

Well, my status as the knight and protector of Gear Swap is officially revoked. Sorry Jonh.
I'll leave my original posts up unedited as a learning experience. Penance? Idk.
Glad it worked out.Oct 25, 2013 at 3:14 pm #2037834

Nothing wrong with peeps expressing their concern …. there ARE lots of scams out there and giving people a heads up when red flags are present is cool as far as I'm concerned. Regardless of the outcome, this looked sketchy IMO.Oct 26, 2013 at 8:26 am #2037968
