The Trail Design website says that the caddy will not warp in hot water and that it can be used as a cup and bowl.

Aug 28, 2013 at 9:19 pm #2019713About the only problem with the caddy is that if you have wet food in it, the food residue will collect around the screw threads. Sure, it can be washed out, but a smooth-walled bowl works better for me.
