http://www.prolitegear.com has these pots in stock. They may not have the "fixed" lid like the BPL pots are supposed to have, but you can get them now. They seem to be made from the same source as the BPL pots (I have no idea though).

Base Designs and Prolite have the same owner (i think) and are located in Bozeman, so could be bpl's source.
