SHR / JMT loop resupply information required

Hi,

I'm planning a loop on the JMT and SHR in September and would like to know if it's possible to mail or drop off a food resupply to Cedar Grove or the HSR Trailhead/Ranger station at road's end on the King Canyon HWY? Also interested in any information on hiker shuttle services operating this year on the East Side of the Sierras. Bishop to Kearsage pass to be specific.
