    I might but have no plans, currently, to do so.

    It would be one of those "just for fun" projects to see how it works. The carbon fiber tubing frames work so well there is no practical incentive for me to go the bamboo route.

    Fjallraven is using wood stays in their packs now. They say much better carbon footprint than aluminum.

    And I assume a much better carbon footprint than carbon tubing.
