Hi folks,
This might sound ridiculous, but I'm making an insulating vest for my tiny, 10-lb dog. I have some pile material for a lining, but I'm trying to find a good deal on some relatively breathable, water-resistant fabric for the shell.
Does anyone have anything lying around from a MYOG project? It doesn't have to be anything special, just water-resistant a breathable. Even though dogs don't sweat through the skin on their torso, my guess is the little guy's body heat will dry the fabric if it's breathable.
Anyway, like I said maybe a little ridiculous, but worth a try.
Recommendations welcome.
Thanks,

Nov 21, 2012 at 8:31 am #1930130Yea, M90 would probably be just fine. You have some extra laying around?
Thanks,
Bill -
