Day hike/Raft trip options between Calgary and Vancouver

Hi,
My Fiance and I will be spending our honeymoon driving between Calgary and Vancouver in mid September. We'll be bringing our rafts along and are looking for some good grade 2/3 day hike/raft options along the way. We will only have one vehicle so anywhere with easy loops would be preferred. I'd like to check out glacier and we'll be heading up to Banff and Jasper as well. I'll also have a travel fly and spin rod with me so any suggestions in that regard also welcome.
