Anybody tried the new Coors Light 16oz. aluminum bottles as a cooking pot (or at least to just boil water in)??? They weight 1oz. empty w/cap….
Jul 8, 2012 at 4:39 pm #1893159I have an alcohol stove made from one…If you can burn in it I'm sure you could make a pot out of it. I think your issue is how narrow it is – it will be hard to find any burner for something with that small of a diameter that can be efficient. You're more likely to be wasting a lot of fuel burning the air around the bottle.
