Awesome price. I feel like buying it even thought I don't need it.

Dale's First Rule of Aquistion: Don't create another "gear locker clean-out" sale.

I am always tempted by things like this. You work hard to find the bargains to tweak your kit to perfection and it is hard to quell that drive. That's when you know it's time for another hobby. HELP MEEEEEEE!!!!! :)

    I am sorely tempted too Dale! L O L

The dimensions of the Stoic kettle work out to 3.75 inches.

A standard Nalgene water bottle is 3.6 inches.

This leaves a 1/8" of wiggle room. Does anyone know if this kettle will in fact fit over a standard Nalgene bottle?

One more question, does anyone have the diameter of a 32 ounce Gatorade bottle?

    Party On,

    Newton

Backcountry.com also has the Stoic long titanium spoon for $6.30.

Why does reducing the overall size of your kit result in a larger and overstuffed gear closet? ;-)

John, the nalgene and gotrade bottle's sizes are the following:

"too heavy" Ahahah I am just kidding. Sorry I don't know as I use a platypus.

It looks like the kettle might fit outside a nalgene if you add some duct tape.

    Phew!

I thought that it may just be me that buys lovely Ti cook gear when it's at great prices, irrespective of whether or not I actually need it! (o:
