I'm waiting on some gore-tex XCR fabric to make a pair of winter bibs, but still have one more order to make.
I was wondering if any of you have layered gore-tex with light weight non-coated cordura or spandura to reinforce knees, butt and inner leg.
I was thinking of going with just a layer of spandura over the goretex…
seems like the big companies have a laminated beefier material available that we cant get as consumers.
any thoughts?
