If you called it Dyneema-glo or Dyna-glo then it would be self-evident what it was from the name.

"Dyneema FSO Guywire", as in Fresh Squeezed Orange.

This way you can just call Lawson and order a 50 foot hank of FSO Guy. You don't get a chance to say that too often, do you now?

I'm pretty sure K-Line was mentioned by someone the first time this came up for discussion. I still like it, but I used to waste a ton of time on IRC back in the 90's, so maybe that's why.

Blaze (as in Blaze Orange) or Blazeline?

I own some and I call it my "waxline" due to the waxy feel of the line. So enter that name too. Good luck finding a great name guys.

+1 on NightBrite or some other spelling of the same. I would caution against GatorWire as some of us from Tennessee will have a hard time buying anything even remotely connected to FL football. :)

I just checked, its not registered in the US http://www.trademarkia.com/trademarks-search.aspx?tn=nightbright

not that it matters at this point in the game.

Not sure if anyone brought this one up but:

Thanks to everyone for taking the time to participate in this contest. It was hard to choose a winner with all the great names but I really liked the name IronWire. So Congratulation Greg Brandt you are the winner. As Greg said "Iron is reddish orange, and strong, Wire suggests that it is thin and light." Only problem is Greg doesn't have his PM set up so Greg please send me a message with your shipping address so I can ship out your prize. A 50' hank of IronWire

To thank everyone for their participation and to kick off the new name I have decided to offer a 25% OFF coupon on the Dyneema IronWire. The coupon code is IronWire and it will be good until 8/21. To receive the 25% discount you will need to use the coupon code upon checkout and with Free Shipping over $10 its one heck of a good deal.

    Thanks,
    Lawson
