Adirondack campsite suggestions off Rt. 28?

Looking for campsite suggestions along route 28 between Blue Mountain Lake and the Northway Warrensburg exit. I know that's a long stretch of road and there are probably many. A short walk or car camp situation that is free would be ideal. Any favorites?
