Anyone tried to make a synthetic quilt for the 40 degree range with a WPB shell I was thinking momentum 90inner goretex paclite outer and climadhield apex insulation complete weight of around 16ounces and I could ditch the bivy I would be using this for quick strike overnighters and weekends with very low chance of rain the synthetic could handle the slight moisture build up from the WPB think this will work ?
